TARIFF and AVAILABILITY 2010
Bookings are generally Friday to Friday. Off season, short break bookings are taken, but usually only within one month of arrival date (and generally charged at 70% of the weekly rate). Prices given below are for one week, for up to 4 adults, and include all gas and electricity. There are no extras, except if the phone is used for overseas calls or 'heavy' use. In 2009 we installed Broadband and Wi-fi and a PC and printer, which guests may use free of charge for Internet access.

Our terms and conditions are as follows:-
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking.
The balance is payable in full 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations - A minimum of 6 weeks notice is required. Up until this point, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-book the whole period. After the balance has been paid, we regret we are unable to make any refunds, unless we are able to re-let the whole period. If we are successful, we will refund in full, less a 10% cancellation charge. We recommend to all our guests that they take out their own holiday insurance.
